The Armory Show
majorThe Armory Show is New York City's flagship international contemporary art fair, held each September at the Javits Center on the Hudson River. Founded in 1994 in homage to the landmark 1913 Armory Show that introduced modern European art to America, it brings together over 230 galleries from more than 30 countries. The fair's curated sectors—including Focus, a platform for themed gallery presentations—and its ambitious public programming make it essential for collectors, curators, and art professionals visiting New York.
