Alexey Kallima
Marat Aleksandrovich Gelman is a Russian collector, gallerist, and op-ed columnist. The former director of PERMM contemporary art museum in Perm. The deputy director of Channel One from June 2002 to February 2004. A political consultant, a co-founder of the Foundation for Effective Politics, and a member of Russia's Public Chamber. Gelman has lived in Montenegro since 2014.
