Hal Fischer
Harold Joe Fischer Sr. was an American college football player and coach He served as the head football coach at Stephen F. Austin University from 1956 to 1958, compiling a record of 12–17. Fischer as a guard and halfback for Texas Longhorns and the Southwestern Pirates in the 1940s. He was selected by the Washington Redskins in the eighth round of the 1944 NFL draft.
